When the body speaks: What lies behind your symptoms and diseases
Sometimes the body screams what the mouth stays silent about. Symptoms, illnesses, and ailments can be the way our family history and unresolved emotions make themselves known. It’s no coincidence that certain illnesses repeat within families or that a health issue appears at a specific moment in your life.
From the perspective of Family Constellations, every symptom is a message, a clue about something that needs to be seen, acknowledged, and released. We don’t replace traditional medicine, but we offer a complementary view to understand the emotional conflict behind each ailment, thus supporting overall well-being.
Important: There are no fixed rules in life, only tendencies that can help you understand yourself better. Each person is a world of their own, with a unique story and experiences. Take this as a guide, not an absolute truth.
